Medixair produce 25m3 of sterilised air per hour on normal conditions this will be sufficient for a single machine to treat a room volume of 75m3. Likewise Meos produces 22m3 of air per hour and a single unit will treat a volume of 66m3. If a greater threat of infection is perceived then increasing the number of machines for a given volume is desirable.
The Uvc energy from Medixair is 22,500µW.sec/cm2 and for Meos 13000µW.s/cm2 Given below are the kill energies for many bacteria and viruses
